MALCO
Born in Ehime, Japan in 1987.
After graduating from university, she quit her job due to depression.
She felt a sense of crisis when her voice became difficult to produce due to her reclusive lifestyle of not speaking to others, and began posting songs on a voice SNS as a form of rehabilitation.
She had a fear of using her voice due to her traumatic childhood, but the "likes" and comments of praise she received from her friends on SNS helped boost her confidence.
She started working outside of the home and became distant from SNS, but the Corona Disaster inspired her to resume her singing activities.
She passed an audition for vocalist as a test of her ability, and moved to Tokyo to begin her music career in earnest.
I was scolded for having a small voice and teased for having a strange voice, but I can be a singer!
I want everyone to live honestly with themselves.
I want everyone to live honestly with themselves, and I hope that my singing voice and the way I sing will be a catalyst for that.
